1. Service description

Hiexam provides practice questions, AI-generated explanations, and a spaced-repetition mistake notebook for IT certification exam preparation. The service is delivered via the website at hiexam.net and accompanying domains we operate. Hiexam is independent — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification vendor (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Google, CompTIA, etc.). Vendor names appear descriptively to identify the exams covered.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. One person, one account — sharing credentials is grounds for termination.

3. Acceptable use

Hiexam is for personal study only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially license the content.
• Bulk-scrape, programmatically fetch, or automate access beyond ordinary studying.
• Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to bypass paywalls / rate limits.
• Submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates law.

4. Subscriptions, billing, refunds

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Pricing may change with at least 30 days notice; existing periods are honored at the original rate.

5. User-generated content

If you post comments, votes, or error reports, you grant Hiexam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership. We may remove content that violates these Terms or policy without notice.

6. Intellectual property & takedowns

See our DMCA Policy for the takedown process. Question content is paraphrased from community-sourced study material and our AI-generated explanations are original; we don't knowingly reproduce verbatim copyrighted text.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that practice questions reflect current exam content, that explanations are error-free, or that you will pass any exam. Always cross-reference with official vendor documentation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiexam's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of exam fees, lost time, or reputational harm.

9. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the refund policy, or generate excessive support burden. You may delete your account at any time from settings; data is anonymized immediately and fully purged within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted with a "Last updated" date and, for active subscribers, communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hiexam is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
