Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to abuse@hiexam.net including:

  1. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of your local federal district court.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

We forward counter-notices to the original complainant. If they don't file suit within 10–14 business days, the material may be restored.

Repeat-infringer policy

Accounts found to repeatedly post infringing material are terminated, with email and device-fingerprint added to a deny-list to prevent re-registration.

Editorial process

Question content on Hiexam is community-sourced and AI-rewritten for original phrasing. We do not knowingly reproduce verbatim text from copyrighted exam guides. If you believe specific phrasing too closely mirrors your work, the takedown procedure above is the right channel.

Trademark concerns

Vendor names (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, etc.) appear in question text and exam codes for descriptive use under fair use / nominative fair use principles. We do not display vendor logos. For trademark concerns specifically, email abuse@hiexam.net with Trademark in the subject.
